Beam Communications has designed and manufactured a range of docking stations for the Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro satellite telephone handset. It will enhance the user experience of the IsatPhone pro and allow its use and installation into an extremely broad range of applications. The Beam IsatDock Series is the docking solution to compliment the new Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro handheld. The IsatDocks utilizes the latest in technology and have been specifically designed to enhance the user experience of the IsatPhone Pro for land and sea use. The docking units are one of its kind and type approved by Inmarsat.
Beam IsatDock DRIVE In-vehicle hands-free docking station provides a high quality semi-permanent installation for the Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro. The docking station has in-built echo cancelling and full duplex technologies to provide superior voice quality and professional hands-free or privacy calls for various transport application.
The IsatDock DRIVE supports Tracking & Alert functionality via the dedicated in-built GPS engine. Tracking messages can be pre configured to support periodic reporting, manual position report update via button press, remote polling or the sending of an emergency alert messages all via SMS or SMS to email.
The IsatPhone Pro handset, fits securely in the dock which is also key lockable, other features include phone charging, USB data* port, in-built ringer and allows antenna and power to be permanently connected to the dock ready for use. The IsatPhone Pro handset is easily inserted and removed by the press of a button on the top of the dock making it very easy to use away from the dock when required.
IsatDock DRIVE also supports the use of an optional active privacy handset, that can be easily added to the IsatDock DRIVE.
